 The video must be recorded while opening the parcel for the first time

Wrong Product / Size / Style Received

● Video proof is mandatory

● You may choose:

○ Free replacement (delivery: 5 business days), OR

 Full refund to the original payment method 

Damaged Product Received

Damage must be clearly visible in the opening video

Order Lost in Transit

● If confirmed lost by courier partner

● You may choose

 Delayed Orders

● If delivery is delayed beyond 15 business days due to reasons beyond ourcontrol (postal delay, logistics issues, etc.)

A compensation store credit will be issued as a coupon code

Cash refunds will NOT be provided for delays

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable

 CasesWe do NOT accept returns or refunds if:

● Request is made after 5 days of delivery

● No video proof is provided

● Video is edited, cut, or unclear

● Customer ordered the wrong product/size themselves

● Minor color difference due to lighting or screen resolution

● Product is returned due to:○ Incorrect address○ Consignee not available○ Refusal to accept delivery In such cases, reshipping charges must be paid by the customer. Cancellation Policy
